I'll find repose in new ways; though I haven't slept in two days

Eugene age: 16 looks: Average height, but her outfit emphasizes her legs. Layered lavender hair, one layer framing her face, the other reaching her thighs. Golden eyes, pale skin, petit. Pretty much never smiles, blushes easily. Wears a cardigan dress and goes barefoot. personality: Eugene is generally very shy, and isn't used to interacting with people face to face. So she swings back and forth between being blank-faced and calm when she shouldn't be and being incredibly flustered over nothing. She's quiet by nature, and has trouble relating to others. She doesn't particularly like to talk about herself, and has a lot of secrets she has to keep as well. Basically: Eugene is very naive about herself and others and how the two should interact. Her memory is often tampered with, and her only socialization are people who are distant and cold to her or people online whom she can't get particularly close with. She spends a lot of time online, so she knows quite a bit about the world. She just doesn't know how to interact with it. history: Eugene comes from a world, Lovrell, that is very saccharine sweet. It's full of magic and technology - usually linked. The planet is smaller than Earth, and all the cities are very close-knit and friendly, helping each other to survive. Politics are generally without corruption, and monsters are kept out of city limits by guilds of varying levels of fame and success. Everything is ruled over by 12 Luminaries, who give speeches full of wisdom and keep the magic in the world balanced. Meanwhile, Eugene has an obscene amount of magic, so the Luminaries keep her under careful lock-down on their private island. Sounds cruel, but she has the potential to follow in the footsteps of a huge menace to their world, so they are understandably very wary of her. They keep her memory wiped, so she's often a bit dazed, and can't remember what her own magic is, let alone how to use it. She's allowed to roam the small island, though she prefers to stay within the tower. She's fed well, and allowed to buy most anything she want so long as she orders it online. She spends... A lot of her time online, blogging, reading news articles, and playing MMOs. Eugene has a complicated relationship with them, since they are the only people she interacts with. They take care of her, but are cruel to her. They wipe her memory, but she knows she's dangerous. At any rate, for obvious reasons, Eugene is very resentful towards them all, which leads to her eventual transition into a ~*~villain~*~ (Luminaries fucked that up lol) BUT I (usually) play her from before any of the plot has started to move forward.
